Hi All,

My client called FaithSite.com about 3 times today--at first she was
too trusting when FaithSite said she owns the domain name, no problem
(even though her name does not appear on it anywhere). I explained to
her over and over again, no she doesn't own anything and she now has
no right to that name unless they are willing to change it over. I
finally told her that if that other person dies--she is sunk--she
will have no recourse. So then she insisted they switch the names
around which they agreed to do--they are claiming it is just an
oversight on their part which I find hard to believe when they must
have at least 25 ministries housed on their site.

And then this afternoon I got a letter from them requesting that all
site administrators/webmasters on that site please advertise their
hosting service. I don't think so.

I'll let you know how this turns out.

Lori
